Wonderful on bare floors and carpets. I bought it because you can clean drapes and air vents up high. Also because of the short beater so I can do stairs without lugging a huge vacuum or hose.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The V6 Absolute is powerful enough to pick up all types of animal hair but, if I were you then I would go with the V8. The big difference between the two models is how long you are able to vacuum between a charge. It take 2 hours for the vacuum to fully charge and the V6 model last 20 minutes while the V8 model last 40 minutes. For pet hair from a larger animal, you may need more time for cleaning.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. We have a 65 pound yellow lab who sheds non stop. This works well to clean around the house. The battery life they say lasts about 20 minutes, we have never had it run out in our hands, doing quick cleanings every few days
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. We have two german shepherds and four small dogs. This little vacuum works great. Only drawback is you have to clean the reserve out pretty quickly with the dog hair. Overall a great fit for us.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would say this is even better as if I was told correctly the absolute has an even stronger motor than the pet one and I have used it to get pet dander out of my dog's bed as well as pick up the plethora of hair around the house.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes it would. The Absolute vs the Pet are the same thing. The difference is in the additional accessories (attachments) you get in the box. If you don't have hardwood floors the Pet will be fine. If you do get the absolute since the hardwood floor attachment is in the box. Otherwise the machine is just the same thing.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. My wife says yes. It has great suction & runs for about 20 min. on a charge.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, it is pretty much the same. The V6 affords more options for it though. If you're planning on keeping this unit long term, and maybe even spring for a long term extra warranty (I did), then I would go for the V6. Nothing worse than 6 months down the road wishing your model could do something that the V6 can and having regrets for not paying the few extra dollars. And I believe that the V6 that we got pretty much comes with all the attachments as a standard where any of the cheaper models you would end up having to still pay extra for additional attachments you may need. The V6.., get the whole thing in one package! :)
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If you have hardwood floors or tile then get the absolute, if not then get the pet.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have three dogs and I love it
