• Hi there, this is Krystal with Dyson. Thank you for your interest in the Dyson V6 Absolute. The main difference between the two is battery life. • The v7 has a stronger motor and lasts longer between charges but the biggest and most important difference is that the Absolute comes with two cleaner heads... 1 for floors and 1 for carpets. I bought the v6 Absolute for that exact reason.

• I want to say suction power for the absolute vs battery life, or how long you can go before having to recharging the V7. Not 100% sure, but hope this leads you in the right direction.
