Hi Bobbie, this is Joe with Dyson. We greatly appreciate your interest in our cordless technology. The Dyson Mattress features our mini motorized tool and a HEPA post-motor filter. It is the first Dyson handheld with a post-motor filter. This, combined with 2 Tier Radial cyclones and a system engineered to be fully sealed means that it captures microscopic particles as small as 0.3 microns including pollen, mold and bacteria. The mattress vac has a lot of power, so much that it feels locked onto the mattress, which helps loosen and collect the skin cells and dust mite feces through the depth of a mattress. The mattress vac also has an agitation brush which helps 'shake' the particles loose.
