YES, I think you are referring to the mini motorized head. Besides the basic vac setup pictured, it also comes with a mini motorized head, two crevice tools (one with sliding brush), a dusting brush that's good for dusting ceiling fan blades, etc., and a wall mount charge station. Hope this answers your question. Dyson does a poor job of demonstrating what is in the box, but I was satisfied with the product.
