Eargo's hearing aids use a rechargeable battery and run approximately 3 years before beginning to lose the amount of time they hold a charge. The battery cannot be replaced due to the design. The Eargo 6 model comes with a 2 year warranty. Should one or both devices need service after the warranty period, the device(s) will be serviced for a fee then receive a one year warranty covering that service.
