• It can work with any system. The trick is to call them and be prepared to be on the line for about 30-45 minutes. They will fix you right up.

• OK, Now this may be only for the 2022 Ecobee 3 Lite, but it works fine with my millivolt wall heater. No relay needed. I did need an external 24vac transformer to power the Ecobee (Rc and C). But the millivolt leads from the wall furnace connect to Rh and W1. And everything works great. Now its possble older Ecobee units have internal resistance that will not allow the millivoltage to operate the gas valve. But mine works fine w/o a 24vac relay between the Ecboee and the villivolt gas valve.
