• Hi Wendy, the difference is that the Pro version gets a 5 year warranty, as it is installed by one of our professional installation partners! Hope that helps :)

• The model with the -P designation is only available from Ecobee partner installers via professional installation, and comes with a 5 year warranty instead of a 3 year. That is the only difference.
