QuestionCan I use this card with Game Capture HD to record in 1080p60 while simultaneously having the output at 4k? I want to run my PS4 Pro on my 4k TV while only recording at 1080p and still seeing the 4k HDR picture on my end. Is that possible with this card?

- Answer Actually no, I can't. This card is not compatible with Game Capture HD(Your own software). And the software I'm using, 4k Capture Utility(also yours) just glitched up over 4 hours of gameplay recording at 1080p60. Before you blame my PC, it's been recording this SAME GAME(Last of Us Remastered) just fine on the HD60S. I'm really not happy with the way the software is performing, and I hope it has nothing to do with the Hardware.

QuestionI’m using a dual pc setup and connecting this to my streaming pc does it require a graphic card on the streaming pc as well or just for the gaming so it can connect to that ?

- Answer Hi! The Elgato I am pretty sure requires a GPU for Encoding, don't quote me on this but I use a spare 5700xt that runs in my second pc with my Elgato, it works perfectly and as it should.

- Answer PS3’s do use HDMI. So in theory, yes. Personally I haven’t used this exact model for PS3. But I did used to have a different elgato for my PS3. You do need to be aware that you need a PC and a proper PCIe slot open on your motherboard to use this specific elgato.
