Both the "HD60 S" and the "HD60 S+" can capture/stream content at 1080p. Buy the "HD60 S" if you are also playing games (or whatever) on a 1080p monitor. If you have a 4K monitor, buy the "HD60 S+" -- it can passthrough the full 3840x2160 signal (with HDR if that matters to you).

This version uses a generic video driver that makes it appear like a webcam on most systems, even Android, while the HD60 S uses a special driver and needs applications like Elgato Game Capture HD or OBS Studio to access the feed. The S+ has the ability to pass through 4K HDR content while downscaling to 1080p for streaming and can technically stream 4K at 30fps. If you're already using OBS or XSplit and only streaming 1080p60 sources, then either version will work.
