- Answer Settings are 1 to max (6) I haven’t tested temp but I use 4-5 to cook eggs and they cook at a normal pace so I think the temp gauges reflect a normal stove top

- Answer 3 foot cord. Honestly that’s the only drawback. Cord seems pretty short but it’s long enough to cook comfortably. My outlet is elevated so it’s kinda awkward for me but if your outlet is level with the cooktop it’s not a problem

QuestionWhen set this burner to the lowest mode to simmer coffee or food, will the burner work a little then stop working a little then work again (like regular full size electric stove)? Or it will stay working all the time while the burner turned on ?

- Answer Hello, The ESB-301BF power indicator will turn on while heating and turn off when desired temperature is achieved. It will toggle on & off to maintain temperature. Elite by Maxi-Matic
