Q: QuestionCan you adjust the stopping point of the screen when letting it down with remote? Or is there only one stopping point for the screen (all the way down or all the way up)?

• A:Answer You can stop it anywhere while its lowering and raising. The only issue I have with this is that the range on the remote is VERY limited. Pretty much straight line out from the IR Sensor so good luck stopping it exactly where you want it. I bought an extension cable for the included controls (not the remote control) and mounted that on the wall next to where I would typically be viewing from.

Q: QuestionHow much can you lower the viewing portion of the screen? (Some screens have a wide swatch of black fabric at top so actual viewing portion can be lowered closer to eye level)

Q: Questionis there a reason i can't operate it manually? to use the plug in i'd have to install an outlet in my ceiling which is a bit of a hassle. will pulling it up and down manually damage it or hurt performance?

• A:Answer You could pull the screen down manually but you would damage the motor and not be able to put it back up manually. There are cheaper manual screens out there.
