A:Answer confusion: I do not have a problem with e-mail generally and when operating, works in a timely manner. however, for no reason i can understand, the e-mail will show some kind of error message and then then later (usually several days) that message disappears and the e-mail is working just fine and then the link between computer and printer ceases only to revive later for no reason i can understand such as at this time.
my primary concern is that the Word program is extremely difficult to understand. what is the secret to the e-mail ID the program requires. when trying to use my e-mail ID the Word program doesn't recognize it and in trying to follow prompts i am confused and unable to get the Word program to respond. although i can occasionally do some work on Word, i am unable to print that work even when the printer "connection" is up and working.
my apologies for all my confusion and inability to operate this magic box, but as a computer operator i am sadly lacking.
