Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Best buy has gone down the drain. They don't answer questions effectively. They lie via chat to customers. They save chats that are effective for their side and hide and remove chats that are in the customers favor. It's turned very evil and they no longer look out for the customer especially after they already have your money.
