Yes, handwash only. Use a sponge without super harsh scrubbing material on it.

Unfortunately it isn’t dishwasher safe but some soap and warm water will do the trick.

I wash my Ember by hand. Just make sure to dry it real well, especially the bottom before placing on the charger.

You can wash it by hand with soap and water, and it is not dishwasher safe.

It cannot go in dishwasher or microwave!!! I just hand wash it. I love mine.

Directions say hand wash only (I'd recommend don't submerge, but they don't say that anywhere). Most important thing is to make sure it's dry on bottom before putting on charging plate!
