That eandeusa email does not work. The website is a parked domain. If you are considering this fryer as a purchase, try to contact customer service first so that you can see that you are SOL once you make the purchase. My purchase did not even last eight months and less than twenty uses.

I tried to email them at that email and theysaid they would replace my air fryer but I had to pay for shipping. I asked how to pay for shipping and they told by PayPal and gave me some random yahoo email for the account. Thought it was kinda weird so I asked for a customer service number. The number they gave me was a NY number not an 800 number or anything like that. So I called a day later and it was some random guy.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I see someone said the email supplied was a scam? I just bought a Emerald fryer from BestBuy and the manual does have "[email protected]". What I don't like is there is not a website at that domain. I did find this sparse website "https://emeraldelectronicsusa.com/" and the email there is the same. "eandeusa" and "emeraldelectronicsusa.com" are privately registered via GoDaddy. It s odd this brand does not have a robust website...

The website is https://emeraldelectronicsusa.com You can see the warranty info here: https://emeraldelectronicsusa.com/pages/our-warranty-info. It does say you need to pay for shipping. Which doesn’t make sense for their faulty products and I don’t want to send money to a random yahoo PayPal.
