Yes and no .. Not all devices will be able to use it. In high-end electronics such as weapon lights and sights etc, that are built with really close tolerances, it will not fit. The 123 battery is about +-1.5mm larger in diameter. This was learned after blindly trusting the manufacturer label and wastin 10 dollars.
