What is difference between CR2450 and DL2450 null

That is not true! I received a Duracell battery that is a CR. The CR is thinner that the DL and will not power what I bought the battery for.

The DL2450 is made by Duracell-hence DL at the beginning.

Same battery, but different manufacturer. CRxxxx is the generic part number, but DLxxxx indicates that it is a Duracell. First two digits are diameter of the cell in millimeters (24mm in this case), and the last two digits are the thickness in millimeters (5.0mm in this case).

They're 2 different sizes. The CR2450 won't fit in my micrometer. It takes the DL2450.

I've found that the DL last a lot longer than CR in my watch. Up to twice the time before they go flat.

The last two digits refer to the thickness.
