“How do you charge the power bank itself? I have the usb-c end in the side and the usb in the wall charger and it just keeps blinking 0. I have tried to charge at 90 , 60% and now 0 and it will not charge the powerbank.”

I also had this same issue and the key was patience, if i left it on the charger overnight i always woke up with it fully charged. I dont know what the technical issue is but it takes a while to start actually charging. In my experience 1 hr+ sometimes, sometomes less
