How long does it take to 100 0/0 from 85 0/0 null

Just got mine today, and had it charging for over 3 hours. It's been blinking '86' the entire time. As far as I can see, it doesn't charge any higher than that. Note: an old/weak/bad battery will never charge to 100. It's capacity steadily diminishes until it cannot hold any charge at all. These may have sat in a warehouse for who-knows-how-long. If your unit cannot charge to at least 90, return it for a refund. Do not replace it with the same product - you don't know how large the shipment was, so my advice is use a different manufacturer.
