While it's frustrating, it doesn't necessarily mean the battery is dead when it won't charge. Sometimes the contacts on the battery can get a little buildup on them. Try placing a sheet of fine sandpaper flat on a table, a 400 or higher wet dry sheet works well, and run both ends of the battery over them until any dull film is gone, it's noticeable, shiny metal vs dull metal, and try charging again. I've done this dozens of times and it often works. If it doesn't it's dead dead. Please recycle these properly, lithium ion batteries are taken at any place that takes them. I've also noticed Energizer brand AAA's have this issue more than any other.

Find a combination of 2 that hold a charge, and keep one battery on the charger. Switch your other batteries one at a time on the charger til you find the specific battery that is causing the blinking and beeping. That's your dead battery(s). Throw it(them) away

It could be that your charger has a lower rating per paired charging slots than the batteries. For example: my charger started blinking when I tried to charge two 2300 mAh batteries, but was fine with the pairing of a 2300 mAh and a 1300mAh battery.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.THey are a piece of junk that is why. I bought one last fall that when plugged in with the batteries that came with it were to be charged. Bought another one just last month from Amazon and the same thing. Not buying anything more from Amazon. Buy local easy to return.
