QuestionI received my Energizer. Question: When I am charging an item, it seems to shut down after a few minutes. Does this not stay in charging mode? I don't like having to keep pushing the "on" button to keep charging. Is this normal?

QuestionWill this device charge my laptop? I can't find a power bank that says it will charge a laptop, just "large tablets".

- Answer Because the voltage required by the laptop is larger (usually requires above 45W), our power bank's maximum output is only (20~30W), so it does not meet the laptop's requirements.
