QuestionIf this laptop dies in the future, mainly because the battery has become spoiled (ran out of cycles), how do I get the battery replaced? Currently there are no batteries available online. What options do I have? for this product?

QuestionHello, I plan on gaming extensively and cant decide what laptop to go with either the HP Omen or HP Envy. The Envy has 4 more GB of storage space than the Omen. But the Omen has a little faster processor at 6700 instead of the Envys 6500. Thanks!

- Answer The 6700 is a quad core processor, while the 6500 is a dual core processor. The OMEN is the better choice for extensive gaming.

QuestionIs it possible to install a SSD in this machine along with the existing HDD? I see that either can be installed, but will both work if installed together? It appears that a different processor is used for the SDD versus HDD version of this laptop.

- Answer No it does not come with transfer software. I use dropbox and that was effortless to install on new laptop. And just reloaded a few programs I use.
