QuestionWhy do the drivers not update auto and could this explain why NUMLOCK key is not working. I went to HP Support Assistant and realized many of my drivers are not updated. SO the first downloas must have been only for win 10

- Answer I didn't have this issue, but as soon as I turned on the computer first time windows 10 wanted to update, and it took most of a day to do so.

QuestionMy new keyboard that cam out of the box not working. Specifically the numlock key and thus 10 key pad. This is the second HP desktop with the problem. Curious when I first turn it on it did work then bam not working. This must be simple setup issue.

- Answer Had the same problem with my first one: keyboard and mouse would not work. Replacement worked fine, but I immediately replaced it with a Logitech unit which continues to work fine.

- Answer Integrated Intel HD Graphics 630 Out of the box it has 2 HDMI ports for two HDMI capable monitors. If you have older monitors and are looking to be backwards compatible, get something else. If you have newer HDMI capable monitors - you can't beat this for normal office or home use. If you want to do some heavy gaming, you will have to add a heavy duty graphics card.

QuestionI am getting a HP ENVY 750-524 with a DVD/Cd optical drive. How hard is it to install a Blu-ray optical drive in it, I can get a Panasonic UJ272 Blu-ray optical drive 9.5 slim-line a lot cheaper then HP's. Not to sure if it will work but I think so

QuestionI got my keyboard out of the package and there was no usb but the mouse on the other hand has a usb (not a cable, I mean the little drive) . Does the one for the mouse connect the desktop to both the keyboard and mouse or just the mouse? Dumb Question Ik
