I suggest you buy the 220XL if you print mostly black documents.

I use 220 in my WF-2650 instead of 220xl which is more expensive

No the barcodes on those cartridges will not allow you to use in the 320 printer

According to the product information on the Epson website, yes you can use 220 standard capacity and 220XL high capacity ink cartridges, and only those.

No! I believe you need to use the 220 model for Epson workforce. The XL is the heavier ink cartridge and last a while longer.

No you must use 220 or 220XL or you will mess up the printer
