“My ET-2800 won't refill from the combo pack 522 ink bottles. No color showing in the tank windows. A small amount of ink may have moved but not much. Help”

Hi Tompat, Please make sure you use the correct color bottle to refill each ink tank. Each ink bottle has a specially-shaped nozzle so it fits only on the correct color. After you unscrew the lid from a bottle turn it over and place the nozzle on top of the fill port for the same color. Slowly rotate the bottle until it fits onto the fill port. Press the bottle down gently to start the ink fill. When the tank is full the ink automatically stops coming from the bottle.
