• The answer from the Epson employee is NOT correct! The Epson ET-2760 absolutely has a user changeable maintenance box. It is the same part# box as the one for many other models including the ET-15000, ET-3760, ET-4760, etc. It does not surprise me that you were given bad info from Epson though. They are all over the place on stuff!

• Yes it does and Epson will flat out tell you no so you will buy another printer. The maintenance box part number is T04D100. Epson intentionally leaves off the part number so most people will just give up. Last Epson I buy.
