QuestionMy ET-2760 will not come on after cleaning the heads. If I replace it with another ET-2760 (love this model), is there a way to transfer the remaining ink (3/4 full) from the dead printer into the ink reservoirs on the new one? If yes, how?

- Answer You need to buy the syringes for each color and suck the ink out and put back in the bottle. You tube has how to.

QuestionIf I have a 10 or 12 page document to scan, what is the best way to do it? Can I scan them all to one document on my computer then send as one document?

- Answer Hi Phil, The best way to scan multiple pages into a single document is to use the included ScanSmart software and select pdf as the document type. The software allows you to place each page onto the scanner, scan and then once all pages are scanned they will be saved to a pdf file. All necessary drivers and software are available at the Epson support site for the ET-2760. Regards, Mark - The Epson Team.
