It works great for doing sublimation. You do need sublimation spray for cloth that is cotton. It will work without it but colors not as vivid. Printer works AWESOME for craft projects. Easy to convert to sublimation ink.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have the 2800 I converted just do NOT add solvent ink. When u open add hippo sun ink or different brand from beginning works awesome. Sublimation only works on 100% polyester (best results, not faded) and white or bleached out area. You can however keep as eco and do printable Htv on any color cotton or material keep that in mind:) ** photo is a test for you to see the transfer on 100% poly fabric is very bright in person just fyi :) hope this helps
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It works great!. I bought two, one converted to sublimation and the other one with regular ink to print all of my small business branding stickers on glossy sticker paper and designs on cardstock. Since I have two Cricut makers I can multitask with no issues. They are great printers just a little slow. I decided to go with this basic model because I don’t really need the auto two sided feature plus it’s a $50 difference.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The printer can handle the sublimation paper , always get paper jam , then you’ll will end up with a error message print head will need maintenance, this happen 2 days after I tried it .
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes. Most people simply fill with sublimation ink instead of the dye ink it is intended tomuse. Once you do though, you cannot switch back because the inks are completely different. Also, if you DO fill with sublimation ink, it voids your warranty.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Sublimation paper and ink and it's great!!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi Audrey, We cannot test all third-party paper types with the EcoTank ET-2800 so cannot guarantee print quality. It you try it, please make sure your paper is ink jet printer compatible. If you would like to see a list of paper known to be compatible with the ET-2800, please visit the Epson support site. Regards, Mark - The Epson Team.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Is this just used as sublimation for cricut? Or just regular print and cut?
