Can you turn off the auto two sided printing? null

The only way I could get the 2-sided copying to reset permanently was to go into the maintenance setting are reset the printer to default setting: Home>Setup>RestoreDefaultSettings (all the way to the bottom). You will probably have to reset the network settings afterwards, but not sure of that. This printer is a Epson WF-2750 that is connected to the tower with a USB cable (not wi-fi)

Yes. In the Print Dialog, scroll down to More Settings and you'll see the 2-sided option to click ON or OFF.
