Q: QuestionDoes the fax mode require a landline or can I use WiFi?

• A:Answer Although the Epson ET-3760 printer might be described as an "all-in-one" printer, it does not have a fax capability. Its features include printing, copying, and scanning. Apparently, faxing is being replaced by scanning and emailing. The printer, by the way, is excellent in performing its three basic functions. It can be hard-wire connected to a computer, as well as connected via Wifi. The Wifi connectivity allows users to email scanned files to be printed from any location having a Wifi connection.

• A:Answer Hi Sue, I have printed 110 pound card stock with no problems. 8.5 x 11" is the largest size paper I have used, but I see options for 8.5 x 13" and 8.5 x 14". Hope this helps!

Q: QuestionWill this printer, the EcoTank ET-3760, when printing only in black, also consume the other colors? This is true with the Epson XP-7100 -- I print only in black and the other cartridges in color are also consumed. Thanks. Manny

Q: QuestionWill this work in black-and-white mode if the color tanks are empty? Looking to buy this for my business but don’t really need color print. It would be nice to use sometimes, however. But I don’t want to have to buy color tanks if I don’t need them

Q: QuestionI just received my printer and so far, I’m not impressed with the print quality. Is there anyway to improve the quality? I guess for the price and reviews I expected better quality from documents. The color is kinda dull.

• A:Answer Open the scanner, then open the ink cover, then open the cap on the black, then while the cap is open run a cleaning cycle, if you have a vacuum problem than this will fix it usually with one cycle.
