“Can the Epson ET-3850 be setup on one network then moved to another network by simply changing the network name in the printer? Would anything else need to be changed or adjusted for the printer to function on the new network?”

Hi WHG16, When you say different networks, do you mean different IP addresses and subnets on a hard-wired network, using the printer's Ethernet port? If so, then the ET-3850 would have to have a different IP address on each different network. If you set the ET-3850 for Auto IP configuration, you could connect it to a different network and restart the printer. The router would assign a new IP address. If you are using Wi-Fi, you would need to use Auto IP config and reset the Wi-Fi network on the printer using the front panel controls. Regards, Mark - The Epson Team.
