I had this problem and looked at all the fill and refill videos, but what I missed is, you need to lift up not only the scanner cover, but the next level glass bed section and then the Epson 3750 Eco tank cover opens without issue. Problem solved.

Not the indentation on the ink cover, but farther back about 3 inches. If you lift the top lid only at first, the glass section will not release without breaking things. Notice in the video, she opens the top at the side of the unit and not the front. This was so frustrating!

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If I remember right you have to lift the lid on the scanner pull the ink cartridge all the way out and it should pop open for you very easily. You need the lid on the scanner top lifted so the ink bottles can stand up.
