The Epson rep stated in his answer that the Epson et-8500 can feed a paper sized at 11 x 17. This is incorrect. I've now purchased the et-8500 thinking that 11 x 17 was an available paper size and I'm super disappointed that a rep misrepresented the 8500.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi Escalade, After you load the paper in the rear feed tray, use the front control panel to set the paper type. Go to Settings > Printer Settings > Paper Source Setting and set the rear feed tray to 11" x 17" plain paper. When you use your Apple device to send a print to your ET-8500, 11" x 17" paper will come up as one of the available sizes. Regards, Mark - The Epson Team.
