QuestionDoes the Eco Tank Pro ET 16600 have self cleaning inkjet heads? In the past inkjet heads used to dry up and they would have to be replaced. Thanks

- Answer Hi Jack, The EcoTank Pro ET-16600 does clean its own printhead. You can start the cleaning process from the ET-16600's control panel, a computer, or smart phone. If you print something once a week or so it will keep ink from drying around the print nozzles, which can cause issues with print quality. Regards, Dylan - The Epson Team.

- Answer Hi Hazel, Yes, if you load Letter in one cassette and Legal in the second cassette, the EcoTank Pro ET-16600 will use the correct paper size for a print job. The paper size in each cassette is set by using the ET-16600's front panel controls. Regards, Dylan - The Epson Team.

- Answer No card stock. Good quality paper I tried to use photo paper but the machine has very little ink. I am attempting to fill all colors.

First, create a custom 12" x 12" paper size, then under paper type, you can select the "Cardstock 1, 2, or 3" option depending on the thickness of your paper. QuestionMy et 16600 WILL NOT automatically print double sided..I have downloaded all the drivers from the epson site, made sure it was on auto double sided and it will not work and I've done this numerous times and tried on 2 separate laptops... please help

- Answer Hi, If your ET-16600 is not printing on both sides make sure you select plain or double-sided matte paper. Photo paper will not duplex. The software you are using to send the print job must also tell the printer to print on both sides. Your software may be overriding the printer driver.
