Sadly not. It only has support for VGA, and HDMI 1.0 which does not allow for sound pass thru from the HDMI cable back to the soundbar. You will need to get a Audio Splitter to use a soundbar and I would suggest doing so. The sound on the 3280 is very low. Also not it does not support bluetooth or any smart capabilities. You can use Chromecast or a Firestix but again I would suggest a audio splitter or even a amp. One of the higher end models - speakers might be better. Not sure as this is my 1st projector. Hope this helps!

You can send video to the projector and audio to your sound bar from your A/V source, or purchase an audio separator for the EX3280's HDMI port. Then you can use the audio separator to send sound to your sound bar. Regards, Mark - The Epson Team.

You can connect your source to the soundbar HDMI input, then connect the projector to the Sound Bars HDMI output. You can also connect to a Bluetooth speaker by using the stereo splitter, also referred to as a sound extractor, and connect the output from The Sound extractor to a Bluetooth converter, which will then send the sound signal via Bluetooth to the Bluetooth speaker
