Does the ink smear or smudge if it gets damp? null

Smudge, i recommend to use a plastic bag when you are adding the ink, but is quite easy and safe to do. I didn't use gloves but a good wash removes the ink from my hands

I would say no with one caveat: it might depend on the paper used. I took a filled out Sudoku puzzle, wet my finger and ran it across the puzzle. The pencil lead seemed to smear but I would say that the ink did not. The paper used is an inexpensive, multi-purpose printer paper.
