QuestionI bought this ET 2750 printer in March 2018 in San Diego. Printer is not working and I am currently in India. This model does not sell in India. I called epson Support Indian office, but they are saying it can not be serviced in India. What should I do?

- Answer Take the printer to a local electronics store and see if they can fix it. Should they not be able to fix it use it to rest your feet when you are working at the computer.

QuestionWhat is the lifespan of this printer? My last one worked for about 5 years before it stopped printing altogether and I'm hoping for one that lasts a lot longer.

- Answer The first page was printed on my Epson ET-2750 on 4/25/2018. Today is 5/24/2024 and I have printed 6,548 pages. 4,669 of those were in color - and most of those were in FULL, solid colors. I've used up the set of inks it came with and am on my 3rd set now, but some of that ink is still left in the bottles, plus my tanks are still 1/2 to 2/3 full. I couldn't be happier with this printer but I'm wondering if I should consider upgrading, just in case it decides to give up in the middle of some project I'm doing. On the other hand, I feel a challenge coming on.

QuestionI don't have Wifi, everything I use is on a hotspot. Is there a cable I can use to connect the printer directly to an ipad?

- Answer Hello, I think once you turn on your hotspot, the printer should recognize it and you should be able to use the printer. If that does not work then there is a USB cord you should be able to plug into your ipad so you can print. I hope this helps.

- Answer Seems to hold 10-40 at one time but we don't print that much so never had to test it. Loading is at rear of machine under a small lid.

QuestionI purchased the ET-2750 printer from Best Buy last Feb 11 and after not printing in color for a couple of weeks, it wont print the colour RED .. I've cleaned the head quite a few times but the the RED turns out to be a yucky yellow .

- Answer It might take a couple of times cleaning the head, but you can only do it twice in 24 hours then repeat if needed. If that doesn't help I would contact support on the Epson website, they are really good about helping with problems.

- Answer Printers are proprietary, most printers take different number cartridges. Epson eco-tank printers use bottles to refill the ink and seem to use less ink than most other brand printers.
