QuestionMy wireless router is a 5.0 GHz. I have been told that the Eco tnks only handle 2.4 GHz. Is this true? We have two computers sharing one printer wirelessly.

- Answer Check your router settings. You may have configured it in a way that your 2.4ghz is not active nor broadcasting. Majority of printers and even computers connects with 2.4 ghz and not 5ghz. A lot of mobile devices can connect to 5 ghz. But even if your device is connected to 5 and your printer to 2.4. As long as your both connected to only one router then they should still be able to communicate.

- Answer I am not totally sure but I don't think that is possible. Maybe rename the photo once it is saved to your computer.

- Answer Yes. I printed a Tri. Fold folder from edge to edge. With out a problem. Just had to go into Microsoft Wors and move the margins.

- Answer there is not a "tray" as delivered in the box, but rather a pull-out shelf that catches each printed page on the lower front of the printer
