Q: How do I fix an error code 000025?

Says paper jam checked it all out not a even a piece of dust. Opened the back find the Gray rubber wheel cleaned with q tip swab and alcohol works fine now

Hi.. its a paper jam. Look to the left side and you see a little indentation and lift it up. It opens the top section and you will be able to see everything in there.
