Hi, Are there any messages on the front panel display? A message may tell you what action you should take. If not, try holding the power button down until the printer turns off. Then wait a minute and push the button to turn it back on again. If it is still blinking, turn the printer off, unplug the power cord, then reconnect it an turn the your ET-2800 back on again.
