That was my issue with my prior Epson (also a non-Epson cartridge user). But the price of this printer with cartridges ($50) is cheaper than replacement cartridges for the old one!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I ran into this issue with my other 2 Epson and did the same thing, kept running "print head cleaning" to no avail. Apparently I was just wasting ink. Then I saw on YouTube that you can try a print head cleaning kit, so I bought one on Amazon. It didn't work for me, but perhaps I gave up too soon. It said to try it multiple times and/or let it sit overnight. I just didn't have time for that.
