A:AnswerPerhaps the cartridge is faulty. Have had no problem with the ink cartridges. I love this printer works better for picking up work without any hassle or code. I would strongly suggest a new reliable cartridge source. Good luck

A:AnswerYou usually do that in the print screen option. Look for the "properties" tab and you can change your options there. It depends upon what version of windows you are using, so you may have to try to find where your "properties" tab shows up when you choose "print."
