A:AnswerThe projector can accept the 4K input. New gaming consoles such as the PS5 work fine with the projector. While the picture looks amazing, it still can only display 1080p though. I don't notice a difference running a UHD moving from the PS5 through the projector as I do with an HD movie through the PS4. The picture is still great though, even using just the factory presets.
A:AnswerThe projector is mobile as it weighs less than 6 pounds. It is also very easy to set up and use in many situations. While I wouldn't leave it permanently housed outside, it works fine for an outdoor movie night setup or similar even. It is also fairly bright so it should work in most outdoor night venues.

A:AnswerI don't believe there is a way to boot in HDMI mode. There is a workaround though.
The Home Mode is just a Chromecast dongle plugged into an HDMI input hidden in the machine behind a plastic cover on the back, you can see a diagram in the users manual on page 93 or 94. If you remove the dongle you can plug your desired HDMI cord into the 'Home' jack.
A:AnswerHi DWB, The Home Cinema 250 includes Bluetooth 5.0 audio capabilities. In order to work with the projector, Bluetooth speakers must support SCMS-T (Serial Copy Management System-Transfer) protection. Regards, Mark - The Epson Team.
A:AnswerSorry I can't answer your question but I can say the sound from the projector itself when using the Appletv apps is extremely quiet and very disappointing. I took my 1st one back and the replacement is just as bad . The only way I can get a better volume is to hook up my laptop to the hdmi ( so then the Appletv apps are useless because you can't hear them) and powered speakers to the projector audio out at max levels. But HBOmax is still low volume and others are still quiet and hard to hear. With the laptop and powered speakers netflix is ok and some others are passable volume. This projector has serious audio deficiencies.

A:AnswerHi Cast, The Home Cinema 2250 has built-in Android TV for wireless streaming. It is not designed for wireless phone connectivity. You could connect your phone using an HDMI cable adaptor, or connect a device through the HDMI port that does support Chromecast. Regards, Mark - The Epson Team.
