Yes. It has three threaded holes for mounting. I found a universal mount for $16 on a prominent retail website, whose name starts with an "A". It's sturdy and worked perfectly to mount it to the ceiling. It came with everything needed to mount the projector to the bracket, and the bracket to the ceiling.
