QuestionI have an Epson 4010 projector. I just had it replaced because the hdmi device (Amazon firestick) stopped connecting and was showing no signal. Did all the recommendations and got a new 4010. Same problem. Any solutions?

QuestionHi, will this projector works with high resolution for 24.5ft distance from projector to screen? Screen size 145 inch radius with 16:9 ratio. I tried with Epson 3200 model and didn’t work with 24.5 feet distance.

- Answer Hello King. If you are planning to use the projector 24.5 Ft. away, we recommend a screen size that measures approximately 150 - 200 inches diagonally. Your results will vary as your screen is slightly under the recommended size. Regards, Kevin - The Epson Team.

QuestionI got this one and after setting up I see pixelated display for some scenes in the same video and some part of the video is being displayed perfectly well. Some other videos are all pixelated. I tried changing 4k enhancement off but no luck. any help?

QuestionDo we need to connect to a streaming device or the apps are inbuilt ? does this have eARC port / bluetooth to connect to home theater ?

- Answer Hello Ravi. You would need to use a separate streaming device, as apps are not built into the interface. Unfortunately, the projector does not have an eARC port or Bluetooth functionality. If the option is available, you can try connecting a speaker system to your streaming device or connect your video source and speakers to an audio video receiver and connect the receiver to the projector using one of the receiver's compatible video outputs.

QuestionI have HDMI cable Connected to port HDMI1(HDPC 2.2) on the Projector and other end to Onkyo 7.2-Channel THX Certified AV Receiver( Model: TXNR6100) to HDPC 2.3 HDMI Port and when i select Source as HDMI1 on Projector remote it says (No Signal ,HDMI1).PFA

QuestionIs there a way to enable multiple point? I just bought this unit but I cannot find a way to do quick corner or multi point keystone adjustment. The only keystone adjustment is a single slider from -50 to 50 which is not helping my fix a distorted image.

- Answer Hello Pointblank41. The image shape on the Home Cinema 4010 can only be calibrated using the keystone adjustments or lens shift. Unfortunately, multi-point adjustments are not available on the projector. Regards, Kevin - The Epson Team.

QuestionI am having this unit hung at a new apartment. I have a 125 inch screen, but I dont know how far the Projector should be hung for optimum picture? Maybe closer for nintendo sports to avoid heads in the beam?

QuestionOur current projector is about 12 feet away from our large drop down screen (about 9x6ft). I was told that this projector wouldn’t work well at that distance. Is this accurate?

- Answer Epson has a throw distance simulator. I dont know how high your ceiling is or room dimentions, but if you do a ceiling mount at 12' it can do a 120" screen. The projector is pretty forgiving and has a lot of lens shift both horizontal and vertical. I have mine mounted about 18' back right up against the ceiling behind the seating.

- Answer Hi Rob, The vertical keystone adjustment buttons on the Home Cinema 4010 are on the side of the projector. They are the up and down buttons above and below the enter button. You can also adjust vertical keystone by accessing the Settings Menu using the remote control. The projector also features 2.1x zoom, up to ± 96% vertical and up to ± 47% horizontal lens shift. QuestionWhy can't I find the keystone option to rotate the image?

- Answer Hi Rob, If you are referring to rotating the image to mount the Home Cinema 4010 from the ceiling, you can access the setting by pressing the Menu button, selecting Extended then pressing enter, and selecting Projection then pressing enter. You can choose settings to flip the image top-to-bottom for ceiling mounting, or right-to-left for rear projection. Regards, Mark - The Epson Team.

- Answer Hello JRyan. Unfortunately, the Home Cinema 4010 does not include Bluetooth connectivity. However, you can connect external speakers to the projector. To add sound, connect your video source and speakers to an audio-video receiver, then connect the receiver to the projector using one of the receiver's compatible video outputs.
