Can it scan a standard USA passport? null

I would only scan a normal (multiple page) passport with a flatbed scanner to avoid possible damage to the passport or scanner. But a passport card should be OK in the card scanner.

That would require a larger document scanner, such as the Epson WorkForce ES-400 II Duplex Desktop Document Scanner, or a flatbed scanner, like the Epson Perfection V39 Advanced Flatbed Color Photo Scanner.
