QuestionI have printed maybe 12 pages in the time that I have had this printer, which is around 8 months. Today when I went to print something it said that the black ink was low. How is this possible? I have literally printed almost nothing.

- Answer Hi SteffiGee, The WF-3820's scan bed is 8.5" x 11.7". The edges of your original may be cropped by 0.06 inch (1.5 mm) from the edge of the scanner glass. Manually position your original away from the edges to prevent cropping. Regards, Mark - The Epson Team.

- Answer Hello. Unfortunately, the WF-3820 doesn't have the ability to do 2-sided automatic scanning. As an alternative, you can scan a stack of paper, flip it and scan the back. The included software will join the pages together. Regards, Kevin - The Epson Team.
