Hi frustratedMOM. The thickest paper the WorkForce Pro WF-7840 supports is 68 lb (256 g/m2). If you feed card stock, make sure it is inkjet compatible and select the "Thick Paper" media type setting in the printer driver. Regards, Kevin - The Epson Team.
