A:Answer This usually happens if you are using aftermarket (i.e., non-Epson) ink cartridges, which the printer instructions now warn you NOT to do. If you are using Epson ink, try re-installing the cartridge(s). If that doesn't work, call Epson support. Several years back I had 2 Epson CX-65 printers that I loved. I tried using Carrot Ink cartridges and was very unhappy with the results, but when I tried to switch back to Epson ink, neither printer worked, and I had to replace them both. Lesson learned!
