QuestionI can print from my phone, but not from my HP desktop. I have talked to Epson and HP, both who say it's the other's issue. The printer says offline and I get an error code 0x8000ffff which apparently is a very common code, but I cannot get a resolution!

QuestionIs it an easy set up process and does it have wireless capability as far as printing from your cell phone??? Also do replace with individual printing cartridges and are they easy to find ?????

- Answer lrlcox03 yes, yes and Yes!!! This printer is so easy to use and operate. Its definitely has an easy setup and it does come with wireless capabilities, you can download the app to print from a smartphone or you can set the printer up wirelessly on your laptop or desktop ( I currently use a Chromebook). Ink cartridges are individual so you can change one color instead of all if needed, They give you a software called Espon Easy Replenish (You just add to cart at checkout it's free). basically you add your printer and you can go on there to have inks shipped to you anytime you need it.

- Answer Hello. There are various options within the Epson Scan program to help with scan quality issues on the WF-2830. We recommend choosing the "Advanced Settings" option with the application and adjusting quality, brightness, contrast, or gamma to see if this improves the issue.
